Methodology
How the numbers are made.
RepStack shows you numbers — a Strength Score, estimated one-rep maxes, next-session targets. These pages document how each one is computed and, just as deliberately, what each one cannot tell you. A score you cannot inspect is a score you should not trust. Written and maintained by Alex Tirim, founder of RepStack, under the site's editorial standards.

Scored by evidence, not by vibes.
The Physique Score reads a progress photo and rates seven muscle groups on a 0-999 scale, against a published band ladder, with the same standards for what the AI must refuse to score. This page documents the pipeline, exactly where your photo goes — and the bias our own test bench caught before launch.

One number, five lifts.
The Strength Score is a coaching number from 0 to 999, built from estimated one-rep maxes on five compound lifts and scaled to your bodyweight. This page documents the pipeline — what goes in, how it is weighed, and what the number cannot tell you.
