How do I restore my purchases?
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. RepStack checks with Apple and unlocks Pro on this device. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used when you bought it.
How do I turn on iCloud sync?
Go to Settings in the app and flip the iCloud Sync toggle. Your workouts are stored in your own private iCloud, so they follow you to a new phone automatically. You need to be signed in to iCloud on your device for it to work.
How do I import a program?
Open Programs, tap Import, and either upload the XLSX or CSV directly or paste your program as plain text — from a coach's message, a forum post, a PDF, anywhere. RepStack reads it and builds the days, exercises, and set schemes for you. Review the result, adjust anything you like, and save.
How do I export my data?
There is a database export in Settings. It gives you a complete copy of your local database — every workout, set, and program you have ever logged. Your data is yours; you can take it with you at any time.
Why does RepStack work offline?
Everything is stored in a local database on your phone, so logging never needs a connection — basement gyms and airplane mode included. Only the AI features (program import and coaching) need internet, because they call an AI model to do their work.
